Mar 8, 2018 · On our 2003 k104 with a cat c15 6nz, we have low engine brake, no medium and low on high. We have swapped engine brake controllers with another truck and this has not fixed it. A computer has been plugged in and it said the ecu was not receiving a command.

The procedure to setting the jake on a c15 is very simple. If you are just replacing the jake then you will only have to set the jake and not the intake and exhaust valves. Turn the engine to top dead center(tdc) for #1 cylinder.
