Even with the slide and grill feature on the CampChef the 380x is a vastly better grill. Haven't done much low & slow yet, but the first try was good and very close to the Campchef. This isn't the same level low & slow like the bigger RecTeq's, but is perfect for everyday use for the non-hardcore BBQer.
