The Fixer isn't great for sniping because of the high recoil, the Handmade is much better for sniping and mid distance hip fire. The Fixer is great for point blank hip fire and in VATS. Commando is much more effective than semi-auto, almost everyone switches over to commando or other weapons once they level up to 50-100. 1.
