FOOD DONORS. In September 2021, Rethink Food began picking up excess food from Whole Foods Market in through Food Donation Connection and its decades of expertise in food recovery. By the year’s end, Whole Foods donated a total of 3,837 lbs of food utilized in meal production at the Rethink Food Commissary Kitchen.
