Reinstall that mod and look at the moddescription how to uninstall them. it's possible a mod unequipped it from your character. Is there a way to make the pipboy invisible? I can't be the only one to think it looks a bit unsightly. There are PB hider mods in Nexus. I haven't personally tested any, because that feature conflicted with a mod that I used to have installed. The Pip-Pad.
