Make sure you also turn shot meter off if it's on in those settings. Back out of that option menu wait until the save icon at the bottom right stops saving. Then go to a quick match. Pro touch will not help N/A layups. The timing on layups takes some getting used to though. I wish it wasn’t a thing and everyone was forced to time them though. Most people opt to not timing them. My user timing won't turn off for layups, even though I turned it to shots only.
