I can confirm it. My skelos master gear is 10% follower 8% agility because of tier 4 werk of the lost tribe. Turns out I was stupid and had that already. Doesn't matter if you have a shieldwright though, any t4 armorer gives that boost it seems. Or at least my scoutwright does. The t3 archers are probably only good for being fodder. A t3 fighter thrall is alright for getting t4 thralls. For soloing bosses and stuff. You would definitely need a t4 fighter. Either a Beserker from Mounds or a t4 from the volcano. The relic hunter treasure seekers in unnamed city are good as well. Both the fighters and archers.

Then you have Heirs of the North, Cimmerians from Lost Tribe and strongest are Votaries of Skelos from Volcano.
