Teshin's pep talk is the only requirement for Steel Path. Arbitrations however need all current nodes completed to do them, and will become unavailable when new nodes are added.Incarnon Genesis Adapters can be obtained by doing The Circuit, a game mode that becomes available after you have completed The Duviri Paradox quest..
