While I was trying to build a base up north, the panel refused to spawn ANYTHING above the level of Black-Ice Reinforced Wood materials. More specifically the ones unavailable are: Aquilonian, Khitan, Frontier, Turanian, and Yamatai! No foundations, no roofing pieces, no walls, no doors, nothing. There are presently hundreds of errors in the game databases that Funcom has yet to fix - empty and duplicate blueprints, naming and other typographical code errors (LOTS of these), invalid locations or null references in spawntables, etc. There are still dozens of thralls, for instance, that either cannot spawn naturally at all, or else spawn ....
