Nice place, even the stairs going up to the bar/2nd level is decorated like the tile steps at San Fran. I enjoyed seeing all the photos of Vietnam on the wall. The pho Gao had a big rib bone that was overcooked, dry and tasteless. The pho mignon came with plenty of tender beef. However, for both bowels, the pho noodles were overcooked and smushy.
