The healing will be the same for human thralls too, depending on their diets. If you open their inventory and look at the diet, the order of worst healing to best healing is top left>bottom right. If you don't have the healing perks from Authority, you'll likely find that human thralls will heal just as slow for the most part.Explosives dont do much (to thralls) in my experience. If its thralls with gas masks, bring a few thousand snake arrows and you can kill them with the 10 stack poison, or use daggers to apply a 20 stack bleed and dodge around till they drop.
