SF area 300mbps is $64.99 for new customers with 12 month contract. 200mbps is $49.99 12 month contract. if plan to use more then 1TB of data month the unlimited data xFi advantage unlimited data rental is $25 in West Region only lets you add it on 300mbps or faster plans. Data Cap is back July 1st it looks like. 1. That being said, if you have the option of going with AT&T Fiber, I would take that personally.
