Hi, we are currently experiancing an issue with our litter robot. The cycle light stays on and the litter refuse to turn or do anything else. We already changed the motor and the control board but still the same issue. The unit is out of warranty. Thank you for pointing me what I could check next. 3. The three open circles at the top of the ring have the sensors behind them. and they are very sensitive to obstruction from cat hair or debris. So periodically - maybe every other day I quickly blow the sensor holes with compressed air as maintenance and haven't had the red light bar of death since (maybe going on over a month - knock on wood).
