EDD inboxed me that they were sending a letter "A letter with interview instructions was sent to you when the appointment was scheduled", that never arrived. I watched UTUBE videos of people who had phone interviews but those were dated some years ago.I filed a claim in August and did not have an interview til dec 15th. I was let go from my job. Still no response from EDD on my determination of eligibility. Every call to edd gets disconnected and my emails get generic responses that seem like they didn’t even read my question.
