(give or take) At $600.00 that's more than the initial cost of a P365 to add a Red Dot. So..if you get a P365 for $500.00 and the Red Dot for $600.00 you now have an $1,100.00 P365 setup. If I had $1,100.00 to spend on a Red Dot setup I do not think that it would be a P365. Easy process and may take five minutes (plenty of YouTube "how to" videos out there). However, my P365 is an early production model (February 2018) and aside from the dead night sights (which was fixed by Sig), I have yet to have an issue with the gun. Moon.Dec 12, 2023 · By 2020, most all of the original parts changes had been made by Sig, if I recall correctly (bad initial batch of striker tips, relief cut to address "barrel peening". Obviously there's ongoing upgrades by the factory, so the only sure way to get "the latest" is buy a new production gun. No gouges or large marks on the slide either. Sig fixed these issues successfully with the recent upgrades (Gen 2). 2 possible solutions to the trigger bar spring issue are listed in the PDF report. The P365 is also more convenient to carry because the shorter slide and the 10 versus 12 round magazine make the gun lighter.metroplex. Since SIG uses a combat hold zero for the iron sights, you can't get a full co-witness with the 407K/507K/EPS Carry on the 365 with the stock iron sights. You can barely see the top of the irons with the 407k/507k and manage a center hold zero. The EPS Carry is a lower deck height but you still can't get a full combat hold zero.Sig initially address this issue on the early production P365's by increasing the recoil spring from 19 to 20 pounds. The only time its ever happened with mine was when I was shooting factory reloads of 115 grain ammo. Failed to lock back twice in 100 rounds.
