As far as I know the 45 was replaced by the 3300, 55 to 4400, 95 to 6600 and the 105 to the 7700. Now with this said a 3300 cylinder size is inbetween the 45 and 55, The 95 is between a 4400 and 6600 and the 105 is allitle smaller than a 7700.I took some pictures of some JD cylinder bars for you to look at and some others to get a size up on ....
