I don't think there is a true "strongest class" unlike Vanilla, Calamity gave egregiously OP weapons to all classes and not just two of them. Different classes are the "strongest" at different points in progression but by the end all are equally as viable IMO. scarlet devil go brr. All of them have good and bad sides, but it all depends on how you want to play. If you want to be tanky go Melee. If you want high DPS but with resource management, go Magic.
